5 healthy tips

 1)sleep on your left side.                             Problems if you don't sleep left side.        a)digestion problem.                                    b)blood flow problem.                                c)heart burn.
 2)water drink reminder.                             We have to drink fresh water daily 5liters if not we face so many problems.                                                          3)walk more.according to WHO we have to walk 8000 steps preday.           
4)chew food 32times in our mouth so when we not chew food we faces digestion problems.                                      5)create healthy environment.
